深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系/北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，北京市教學(xué)名師，國(guó)際貿(mào)易與跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)責(zé)任教授，德國(guó)帕德邦大學(xué)、貝羅特大學(xué)客座教授，《Review of Managerial Science》期刊編委。-曾任北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)，主管?chē)?guó)際認(rèn)證與質(zhì)量管理、本科人才培養(yǎng)等，現(xiàn)任深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系中方主任。
主要研究方向?yàn)榭缥幕芾?、跨?guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)與戰(zhàn)略、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與治理。近年來(lái)，主持完成了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委、教育部等國(guó)家和省部級(jí)課題及中德科學(xué)中心、歐盟、德國(guó)DFG合作項(xiàng)目等10余項(xiàng)，近年來(lái)在《南開(kāi)管理評(píng)論》、《管理工程學(xué)報(bào)》、《Business Strategy and the Environment》、《Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management》、《Frontiers in Psychology》等國(guó)內(nèi)外高水平期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇，出版學(xué)術(shù)專(zhuān)著和文集5部。此外還承擔(dān)了北京市教育教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、教育部教育教改1項(xiàng)。
